Briargrove Park / Walnut Bend

Located near the Westchase district, the Energy Corridor, and the Memorial Villages, Briargrove Park and Walnut Bend do not lack for convenience and amenities. Both neighborhoods were originally developed in the late 1950s to early 1960s. The original homes of the neighborhood were built between 2000 and 3000 square feet.
