12 homes sold in Timbergrove and Lazybrook in the month of May, 8 Timbergrove and 4 Lazybrook. This is up from May of 2010, which saw 22 total sales. Last year’s May number are no doubt inflated due to the expiration of the first time home buyer tax credit.

The median home price in Timbergrove over the past 12-months is $285,950 up 2% from the same period last year. Lazybrook’s continued its strong home price surge. Home prices in Lazybrook rose 13% during that same period to $305,000.
