12 homes sold in Timbergrove and Lazybrook in the month of May, 8 Timbergrove and 4 Lazybrook. This is up from May of 2010, which saw 22 total sales. Last year’s May number are no doubt inflated due to the expiration of the first time home buyer tax credit.
