66 homes sold in the Washington Corridor in the month of March, 31 detached homes and 35 townhomes/condos. This is down from last March, which saw 78 total sales. 15 of the properties sold were new construction, down from March 2010, which saw 22 new construction sales.
Active Listings
There are 503 properties currently on the market, 288 detached homes and 215 townhomes/condos. In March, 139 of the 503 listings are new listings and 138 of the sellers have reduced their price.
Home Prices
Over the past 12 months, the median sales price for detached properties has risen 1.98% to $323,700 from the same period last year. Townhouses/Condominiums have rose to $273,000, a 1% increase.
